         David and Colleen Little currently live in Prior Lake, Minnesota. They were on staff with The Navigators for 32 years serving in Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota, Omsk, Siberia and Pyatigorsk, Russia. In 2007, they adopted twin girls from Russia. Since that time, they have developed a ministry focused on healing the effects of complex developmental trauma. 

         In June of 2015, they launched a ministry titled, imago hearts. They are registered trainers in the Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) approach as well as Circle of Security Parenting (COSP). They work with families in the United States, but also make three or four international trips each year to train and coach parents who are fostering and adopting children in their home countries.
